Intense Heat
These days
all states of Northern India is reeling under intense heat, it define as rising
of the temperature during summer time causing much hotter atmosphere as well as
increasing the humidity. In most of the towns in Northern India temperature
crossed above 50 degrees Celsius. Even the country capital of Delhi itself
recorded 52.03 degrees of temperature, more than 1/2 boiling point. Denizens
become roasted in this extremely severe hot situation, and many deaths reported
due to this unprecedented situation. Due to this abnormal rise of temperature
most of the ponds, wells, and other water bodies dried up causing double burnt
to the people. In villages there are no respites from this situation but in
town areas the government providing water tanks which prove meager to the
society, people even in the country capital New Delhi is facing even worse
situation and clashes are reported in some parts of the areas. Heat wave or
Extreme heat occur when temperature rises abnormally high levels and the
mixture of heat and humidity occur causing severe damage to live stock and fowls
too, I am submitting the picture of a thirsty bird as an example. In some of the cities the government declared red alert and closed the
school for a week at least.
Due to this
abnormal situation heat related illness like heat stroke, exhaustion, and brain
stroke happen when the body doesn’t get coolness properly. Although the body
has the auto system by sweating itself for cooling but in excessive temperature
that system fail to work and cause much damage to the body by heat stroke,
damage to brain or other vital organs of the body. So it is advisable not to go
out in the sun until unless it is not necessary. There are some factors which
might increase the heat related illness.

Use

These are the places where chances of heat related disease
increases.

House
with no cooling system

Construction
worksite
3.
In
extreme heat condition the temperature in a car increases
Children, senior people, outside
workers, people with disabilities are susceptible to this condition, so avoid
going out in that situation. Keep your body hydrated by frequently gulping a
glass of water or other liquids but not sugary one.
This abnormal situation of rising temperature
may be the cause of natural calamity and we blame it to nature but we are also
responsible for this condition to some extent by deforestation and creating
jungle of concrete everywhere.
